Asda supermarket

You didn't point out one feature of UK retaillin g -- how common 24 hour opening is these days!

Hopefully the kids have another place to go to school. Food and education are both necessities ... I would not like them being open 24 hours. Then my wife would send me out to get milk at all times of the night.
With all the colorful British names for things, I'm really disappointed at the name. Hacking Knife Super -- now there's a name for an English supermarket!

Thanks Ham for answering the question -- been racking my brains trying to remember. ASDA are now owned by WALMART which I believe is very big in the US.
